Sales Department
Our sales department has one purpose: to exceed your expectations from test drive to delivery. Our professional sales team is committed to a no-pressure, high integrity approach to your ownership experience. Our goal is for you to feel that the vehicle you drive away in is the perfect one for you. Our online inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles is updated daily. Kevin Johnson General Sales Manager Email: kevinjohnson@lowechevy.com I joined with the Lowe family in December of 2006. It’s a pleasure to be around such a fine group of people. I am blessed to be a “head coach” to an awesome sales team. Team “Lowe”. I’ve been in the automotive business since 1981 and in the automotive management since 1990. I really enjoy getting to meet new customers/friends. We offer the best customer service around and are proud to be able to say that. We treat people like we want to be treated. I have two sons, Matt and his wife Betsy also Chad and his wife Krystal. Two precious grandsons, Bryan and Ben. I was raised in Richland and graduated there. I have lived in Rolla since the 80’s. In my downtime I love to lift weights and workout. I love Nascar. I love riding Harleys. I also love warm weather traveling when I have the time. I have a beautiful 5 year old daughter named Brooklyn. I love to spend my spare time playing baseball and watching the Cardinals. I also love to volunteer my time to help local youth sports programs. I have worked at Lowe for over 3 years now and have worked in providing excellent customer service for the past 14 years. Lowe has an excellent reputation, I love working here becuase of the staff and the ownership. They really do care about our customers and want to assist them in finding a vehicle, not selling them a car. Please stop by and say hello and let us give you the service you finally desserve! Even though I have worked here for a short while, I have been blessed with knowing the Lowe family for many years and am very proud to call them my boss and my friend. They take great pride in providing reliable, honest service o their customers and that makes it a pleasure to br associated with them. When I am not at work, I enjoy attending church at the Lebanon Family Church, spending time with my son Tony and his friend Amy and my daughter Traci and her husband Jason and my two grandsons, Avery and Gage. Service Department
I have worked in the automotive parts department for 29 years and GM parts for 24 of that. I have worked at Lowe Chevrolet for 5 years. I enjoy working and taking care of our customers. I am married with three children and when not working I like to go camping, hunting and fishing with my family. Our service department offers the best in automotive service to our customers. Our state-of-the-art facility features the most current diagnostic and repair equipment available and our highly skilled factory-trained technicians will deliver efficient, quality vehicle care. Rod Ray Service Manager Email: rodray@lowechevy.com I have 19 years experience in the automoive business. I love working in the service area and meeting and working with all our customers. When I am not working I like spending time with my wife Sharon and 15-year old daughter Maegan and new born Son, Noah. I like to play golf and enjoy all sports in general.

Jesse Cole Finance Manager Email: jessecole@lowechevy.com I live in Richland with my beautiful wife Elaine and two little angels, Katelyn and Kylie. I have been in the automotive industry for 13 years. In my off time I enjoy coaching my little girl’s basketball team, playing golf, and hanging out with my friends and family. I believe in taking care of our customers above all, and understand that we would not be in business if it were not for you. Collision Center

Terry Firestine Collision Center Manager I have worked at Lowe Chevrolet for almost 10 years. It is a pleasure working here and helping people with their vehicles. I enjoy seeing how good a car or truck looks when it comes out of our Body Shop. In my spare time I like boating and hunting.
Accounting Department
Trish Smith Accounting & Office Manager I have worked at Lowe Chevrolet for 20 years and am a life long resident of Pulaski County. I enjoy the everyday challenge my job gives me - but most of all the other employees makes this a wonderful place to work. When I'm not working I love spending time with my 2 daughters, family and friends.
